At WARDROBE, we stand behind our quality craftsmanship with every garment that we produce. We source only the best available components from around the globe and thoroughly inspect our garments to ensures every garment delivered to you with precision fit and immaculate quality.

To back up those claims, we offer WARDROBE WARRANTY to all our customers on our labelled garments with the terms and conditions apply.

Terms & Conditions:

  • All of the WARDROBE products (excluding bags and accessories) are covered by Wardrobe Warranty.
  • This warranty lasts for 12 months from the date of the garment been collected.
  • This warranty covers minor changes of fit and defects in workmanship produced by WARDROBE labelled garments only with terms and conditions apply.
  • It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.
  • Products should be brought to us for evaluation.
  • Items with defects in fabrics will be subject to a surcharge
  • WARDROBE’s bespoke and made to order garments are made to fit you. In the case of any fit issue, we offer complimentary alterations in tighten, expend, shorten, or lengthen (to an extend and subject to fabric allowances).
  • WARDROBE offers complimentary re-pressing for suits, jackets, and trousers.
  • WARDROBE uses only imported lining. We offer lining maintenance. Change of lining will be subject to charge.
  • WARDROBE uses only natural buttons for our garments. In the case of damage/ crack, we offer complimentary button(s) replacement and retighten any loose buttons.
  • There will be additional charges for any repair that does not cover under the warranty.
  • Coverage ends if you sell or transfer the garment to a different owner.

 

HOW TO CLAIM THE WARRANTY SERVICE.

  • You may bring the garment(s) to any of our boutiques for further inspection.
  • Upon the Master Tailor’s determinations, in its sole discretion, that the garment has a defect or requires any maintenance covered under this Wardrobe Warranty, we will repair or proceed with necessary maintenance with no surcharge.

Other Recommendation:

  • To maintain your garment(s) longevity, we recommend following the shirt wash and care instructions of your garment.
  • We also recommend having your suit(s) and trouser(s) professionally maintain by your trusted tailor every year.

Limitation of Liability:

WARDROBE AND ITS SUPPLIERS’, AFFILIATES’, AND AGENTS’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY PURSUANT TO THIS WARRANTY, OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. WARDROBE NOR ITS SUPPLIERS, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY INABILITY TO PERFORM UNDER THIS WARRANTY DUE TO EVENTS BEYOND ITS OR THEIR CONTROL, SUCH AS ACTS OF GOD, OR FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF USE, OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER, CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, OTHER THAN THOSE DAMAGES WHICH ARE INCAPABLE OF LIMITATION, EXCLUSION OR RESTRICTION UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. SO OTHER LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN WHOLE OR IN PART.
